In this position you will work with human resource professionals and other decision makers to support their background check and drug screening programs in the United States and Puerto Rico.
As an account manager trainee your verbal communication skills and urgent follow up to our customers is the keys to success. You will be taught about our industry, how to establish and maintain business relationships, conduct background checks, research cases, negotiate contracts and attend trade shows. Training is available for any professional who wants to succeeded! Training includes understanding the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the background screening process, sales and establishing business. Training will be tailored to the needs of the individual. We believe in learning-by-doing, so most of the training is done by working with an established account manager who mentors and provides direct feedback. Essential Screens offers a base salary plus commission, with not cap of your earning potential. The amount you can earn is unlimited!
