As one of the fastest growing background screening companies in the country, Essential Screens is adding a Client Relations Coordinator to uphold our exceptional customer service and quality that our clients seek daily. You will support our clients by researching and processing data for each screen, coordinate with vendors, provide technology training to clients, prepare shipments, call clients to confirm satisfaction, and work closely with the sales team to provide them support.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are vital and urgent follow up on all tasks and calls will be the key to your success. The background screening industry can be challenging but with our detailed hands on training process; which includes understanding the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), best practices from the EEOC and our background screening and research processes you can succeed. If you are detail oriented and have a drive to be great we are looking for you!
This position is a salaried position with bonuses paid monthly.
